Victory Village Shoppe is a social enterprise started for the purpose of providing a small business incubator and "good work" for our local residents in the 10 East Main Street business district. As an engine for economic and community development, Victory Village Shoppe is committed to engaging and welcoming like-minded partners. Over the past three years, Victory Village Shoppe has established itself as an inviting retail location. In partnership with the East 10th Street Civic Association, a community-led organization dedicated to the revitalization of the Indianapolis Eastside, hundreds of hours and over fifty thousand dollars have been invested to renovate this historic location.
